High Fat, Low Carb Foods

I have been struggling with getting more fat than protein. It seems it’s a challenge everyday. So, I thought I’d make a list of high fat foods and/or ingredients. If you eat enough fat, then you will be satisfied and able to focus more on the important things you have to do each day!

Currently in stock –

  1. Olives
  2. Hemp Hearts
  3. Coconut oil
  4. Chia Seeds
  5. Flax Seed
  6. Almonds & Macadamia nuts & Peanuts
  7. Sunflower Butter
  8. Heavy Whipping Cream
  9. Cheese, Butter, Ghee
  10. Hard Boiled Eggs
  11. Olive Oil
  12. Caeser Dressing

What I should add to my inventory –

  1. Avocado — this recipe looks amazing!
  2. Quark
  3. Cacao Butter
  4. Coconut Cream
  5. Fatty fish (i.e. Salmon)
