July 29 to August 3

This summer has been an up and down sorta season. I haven’t been as focused as I could be. As I prepare for the start of the semester, I am preparing my August calendar – including my menu for the month. Today, I’m sharing only one week of that menu – with the hope I’ll be back each Sunday (as originally planned) to share updates. In the upcoming weeks, I’ll share more than just dinners, too. For today, I am sharing dinners:

July 29 

Salmon with butter, garlic, and capers 

July 30 

Sirloin steak with butter, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, and garlic

July 31  

Pork with green beans  (and some baby potatoes) — the potatoes are not keto friendly, but I throw them in every once in awhile to mess with my metabolism

August 1 

Tuna cups with cheddar cheese 

August 2

Sausage and Eggs with cheese and onions (I just brown the sausage, scramble some eggs and saute the onions — mix together with some cheddar cheese

August 3 

Lemon Chicken and asparagus with garlic butter (Instead of broccoli, I use asparagus)
