On Sunday each week, I carve some time out of my day to plan the weekly menu and grocery shop. I use the Kroger online ordering option and use their recipes, sometimes, because I can easily purchase the needed ingredients straight from the recipe. Other times, I use the menus and grocery lists found in the Keto in 28 days cookbook.

April 29-May 5 Menu

This week’s menu came mostly from Kroger’s grilling section. When I look for recipes for dinner, I look for the least amount of carbs. I do include a couple recipes with a higher carb count once or twice a week (for the kiddos!)

  1. Baked Lemon and Caper Chicken Breasts (Monday) – See below for the recipe
  2. BW3 chicken wings (50% off Tuesday night)
  3. Charcoal grilled pork tenderloin with Broccoli (Wednesday) – See below for the recipe
  4. Slow Cooker Sausage and Pepper Casserole (Thursday) – See below for the recipe
  5. Instant Pot Chicken, Broccoli and Rice (the rice can be substituted with riced cauliflower) (Friday) – See below for the recipe
  6. Kielbasa and Sweet Potato (Saturday)
  7. Family outing & Concert (Sunday)
